RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Soleate Shop really appreciate your business and support! Every sale is final unless the reason for the return/exchange is damaged merchandise. The store will require proof of damaged merchandise upon receival and no more than 48 hours to notify us.  To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, tags and in its original packaging. 

In case of damaged merchandise, we have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a store credit or exchange for the item value.  SALE ITEMS are not elegible for return, exchange or refunds. No price adjustments will be made to merchandise purchased prior to specials or offers. Earrings can not be exchanged or return do to sanitary guidelines.

To start a exchange process, you can contact us at soleateshop@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, you will receive a  confirmation email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, that mean you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any  items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we are not making refunds. If accepted, an exchange or a store credit will be provided.
