SHIPPING POLICIES

The shipping cost will be determined in each case based on the destination, weight, and volume of the package. This value will be calculated in the purchase process, and you will be informed at the time of order settlement before making the payment. Your order will be completed, packaged, and shipped within 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday) after your purchase. Once its processed, you will receive a notification that your package has been shipped. Soleate Shop will not be responsible for lost USPS packages, all claims for lost packages must be made directly to USPS.COM.
